Monitors and communicates the results of improvement efforts to stakeholders
Summary: The MVHS School Improvement Team communicates the results of improvement efforts via e-mails to teachers and staff, and via reports by student council and parent representatives. Minutes are kept on file and are available for review. Agendas are sent to teachers and staff before each SIT meeting. Revisions to documents are made as needed.

Overall Rating: Highly functional


"Progress may be monitored by analyzing student achievement test data results...The MSD and MVHS websites, guidance newsletter, local media press releases, open house, parent/student orientation meetings and regular day to day communication between administrators, teachers, parents and community members are methods commonly used to communicate improvement efforts and results to local stakeholders." Richard and Steve set the agenda on the Tuesday Morning prior to the Thursday meeting (twice monthly)
Generate List by contact with staff members
Feedback /revision documents indicating responsiveness to feedback and use for improvement
References are made to prior agenda notes on any unfinished business
Revisit topics until action or discussion is complete
